Choose your country on the drop-down menu.  Enter your mobile phone number plus the country code.  Complete the captcha code then click on the 'Join' button.  Wait for an SMS on the cell phone number that you provided.  Copy the link in that SMS and paste it to the address bar of your Web browser.  Once the page is done loading, you will be presented with a small grid-like menu where in menu icons such as 'Free SMS' and 'Contacts' are included.  Select the 'Free SMS' icon then click on 'New Message.'  Type the recipient's number in the field provided while making sure that the number starts with a country code.  Type your message and press 'Send.'
