1. Navigate to the Chikka website to sign up (see Resources).
2. Click the 'Country' drop-down menu and choose your country. Check 'No Mobile Phone' if you do not have a mobile phone registered in the Philippines.
3. Type your full name and email address.
4. Type the code as shown the box above it. Click 'Sign Up.'
5. Log in to the email account that you provided while signing up for Chikka.
6. Find the email sent by Chikka. Double click to open the message. Find the 'Chikka ID' provided in the message.
How to Send SMS Through a Web Service
1. Use an online texting service. Input the text of a message and the phone number into a form on the site, and the text message will be sent to the subscriber you are trying to reach. Some companies also offer international text messaging through their online services.
2. Read the terms of service carefully. Be aware that some will ask you to register, pay a fee, or may use your or the recipient's phone number for advertising purposes. You may also be charged fees for items or services you did not knowingly request, so be sure to read the Web service's terms of service before you send the text message.
3. Use an online messenger such as Yahoo Messenger or AOL Instant Messenger to send a text message. Yahoo Messenger allows you to send free text messages to people around the world in countries such as the Philippines and Vietnam. Only certain wireless carriers are supported by this service, however.
4. Email your text message. Make a list of your most contacted people's cell phone carrier. Each cell phone carrier has email addresses that connect to text message inboxes. Type the phone number of the person you want to contact, followed by the email extension of the person's cell phone carrier. How to View SMS Messages History on an Orange Mobile
1. Power on the cell phone and press the 'Menu' button (this will vary slightly from phone to phone).
2. Press the directional arrows on the phone until you reach 'Text Messages.' Select this by either pressing 'OK' or 'Send.'

1. Put your vehicle in 'Park' but leave the engine running. (Sync will not set up while the vehicle is in motion).
2. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth feature.
3. Press the 'Phone' button on your radio. Press the 'Seek' or 'Track' button until 'Add Bluetooth Device' appears on the display. Press 'Ok.'
4. Wait for the voice prompt from the Sync system, and then begin searching for the Sync connection on your mobile phone. Choose 'Find' or 'Search for Connection.' Refer to your phone user guide if you have difficulty.
5. Enter the PIN displayed on the Sync display screen. Wait for the Sync screen to display 'Device Connected.'
6. Press the 'Voice' icon on your steering wheel to use hands-free calling. Speak 'Dial' at the voice prompt, and then speak the number (slowly) when the prompt says 'Number Please.'Press the 'Phone' icon on your steering wheel to disconnect a call.

1. Download a color SMS application for your phone. Applications are available through the phone vendor's website or from outside websites. For example, colored SMS HD is an iPhone application that is available as a free download via an outside site.
2. Connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable. Alternatively, use your phone to go online and download the application directly. Install the SMS application onto your phone.
3. Open the application and select the what color you want your text message. Send a test message with your selected color.

4. Visit a website that offers free colored SMS. For example, Glitterizer allows you to send glittered texts to a cellphone. Enter your text, then enter the destination number and send the message.

6. Create a new text message by opening the file tab, or 'New Tab.' Select a text message, then start writing. Add colorful emoticons or change the color of the text using the editing portion of the program.
7. Enter the recipient's information and send the message.
How to Send an International SMS From a Cell Phone
1. Go to your cell phone's main menu and select the 'Message' or 'Text Message' icon. If using a touchscreen cell phone, you can just touch the icon. If not, use the arrows to move to the icon and click 'Enter' to open it. The terminology on your phone may differ from model to model but it will generally follow the same steps.
2. Click or tap 'Create Text Message.' Enter the phone number you want to send the message to or select it from your contacts list. In order to send an international text message you must include the 1 to 2-digit country code in front of the number .
3. Compose your message and click 'Send.' Check your sent box to confirm that the message was sent. It may take a few minutes to be received. If the message is returned to you with a note saying it could not be delivered, it is possible that your cell phone service provider has disabled international texting services. Contact the service provider and ask the representative to enable this feature on your cell phone. Be aware that sending SMS text messages to an international number can result in an extra charge that's determined by your service provider.

How to Unlock Motorola I880 for Free
1. Power on your Motorola i880 and navigate to the home screen. Type '*#06#' into the keypad to reveal its 16-digit IMEI number. Make note of this number for later use.
2. Contact your network provider's tech support company and request an unlock code. Tell them that you're either traveling overseas or that you plan on selling your phone, if they ask for a reason. Be prepared to give the representative your IMEI number, mobile number, name and email address. Your unlock code should then be sent to your by email.
3. Power down your phone and remove its SIM card by removing the plastic cover from the battery casing. The SIM card is located beneath the battery. Insert your new foreign or prepaid SIM card in its place.
4. Power your phone back on. Enter the unlock code that you received from Step 2 when your phone says 'Enter Special Code.' Your Motorola i880 is now unlocked and ready to use on your new network.
