What Is 'Via SMS' on Facebook?

Notifications
SMS notifications deliver a text message to your mobile device when incoming communication takes place with your account. Once you enable SMS notifications, they are delivered automatically until you manually disable the service. To change your SMS settings, go to the 'Account Settings' menu and click on the 'Notifications' tab. Check the box in the 'SMS' column next to a particular type of communication to enable the alerts for it.
Communication Eligible for SMS
Not all communications on Facebook are eligible for SMS notifications. Basic communication, such as incoming private messages and new wall posts, can generate an SMS alert if you enable the service. Less common communication, including being mentioned in a comment or family relationship confirmations, cannot initiate a SMS notification. Other Facebook communication eligible for SMS notifications includes photo tags, photo comments and comments on a link you posted.
Messages
A copy of the private message you send to a friend may also be sent to her phone via SMS, provided she has enabled mobile texts. After you compose your message, check the box next to an image of a cellphone, located just under the message field. When you hover your mouse over the box, a text bubble says 'Also send as a text message.'
Enable Mobile Texts
Before you are able to get SMS notifications or receive a copy of messages, Facebook must link with your cellphone. Go to the 'Account Settings' menu and select the 'Mobile' tab. Click the 'Register for Facebook Text Messages' link and provide your cellphone number and provider. Send a text to the number provided by Facebook, and Facebook sends you a confirmation code. Once you enter the code on Facebook, your cellphone and Facebook account are linked for SMS services.

How to Set Up Bluetooth on Samsung Mobile Phones

How to Set Up Bluetooth on Samsung Mobile Phones
1. Press the 'Menu' key on your mobile device or locate it on the device's main screen. A list of icons and/or word links will appear. Scroll to the 'Settings' and/or 'Tools' icon on your mobile device. (This wording will vary depending on the model of your handset.) Click on the 'Settings' tab and locate the 'Bluetooth' folder. This is the location you will always go to when enabling your Bluetooth feature. Click 'Bluetooth' to collapse the folder and view the options offered for your feature.
2. Click 'Name My Device' or 'Bluetooth Name' to personalize your mobile device. This will make it easier for others to identify you when pairing. Pairing is sometimes difficult when other devices are detected in range. The technical model name may be a bit difficult to remember. When you click on the link, it will display a data form that should have the technical model name already in place as the default title. Clear the title and rename your device to whatever you desire. Click 'OK' to save your changes.
3. Locate the 'Connections' folder and access it to configure the Bluetooth settings. Make sure your connection setting is stored as a 'Phone' connection and not a 'Memory Card' connection. This automatically directs your paired file locations to save to the phone. Next, the connections subfolder will have the option to either 'Enable' or 'Power' your Bluetooth's discovery mode. Choose your option according to your particular headset.
4. Change the setting to 'On' or 'Make Discoverable.' The phone will begin to load your settings, and a percentage indicator will display the progress of the setup. When the feature is 'On' the phone will notify you in a matter of seconds. A small Bluetooth symbol should appear on your phone's task bar. This is usually where the phone's battery and signal symbol are located. This is the indication that your Bluetooth is now active and your mobile device is discoverable.
