2. You will be prompted by an automated system to enter relevant information such as your phone number and area code, perhaps answer a security question and then choose the reason for your call. Select 'change phone number.'
3. Depending on your service provider, you may be transferred to a live operator. Alternatively, you may be able to complete the number change on the automated system. Some companies offer their customers the choice of live or automated assistance.
4. You will likely be asked to provide a reason for your number change.
5. You may be required to enter or speak your cell phone's identifying numbers to change your cell phone number. These numbers are generally located under the battery and are generally called the MSID, HEX, ESN or DEC. As a result, you may be required to remove the phone battery in order to look underneath it. After you have provided all of the requisite information to make the change, you will place the battery back in the phone and turn it on. Depending on your provider, the phone may power cycle to indicate the change has been made. This may occur immediately or within a predetermined length of time.

How to Track My Wife's Cell Phone Calls
1.
The first thing you want to do is to get all the information that you can before you talk with your wife. If something fishy is going on she may try to hide it from you so make sure that you have all your ducks in a row so to speak before you speak with her.
2.
Next if you call the cell phone company they will send you a copy of the bill. The bill will have all the incoming and outgoing calls so that you can see exactly who she has been talking with. It is best to know all the facts before you assume the worse.
3.
if you have a chance to look at her cell phone you can also see what calls have been coming in and going out there as well. Make sure when you are doing this you do not get caught because it will make you look bad and if she is on the up and up then it can cause strain on the marriage.
4.
If your wife has a totally different cell phone plan then you may not be able to get the bill from the cell phone company so you may need to check out what is on her phone but be cautious. Remember that people can get very angry when they feel violated.
