Where to Get Boost Mobile Ringtones for Free

Visit Free Boost Ringtone Websites.
Browse the internet for websites that offer free ringtones. Ringtones found on these free sites will work with the majority of cell phones. See Resources for examples of cites that offer free ringtones.Watch out for 'free' ringtone offers that come with monthly fees and billing. Many of these misleading websites ask you to enter a cell phone number to get a text message giving you access to free content like wallpapers, games and ringtones.
You may get access, but the service tacks a monthly fee onto your cell phone. In the case of Boost and prepaid plans, you may receive a separate bill from the cell phone company for charges related to the 'free ringtones.'
Take Advantage of Free Ringtone Offers.
Use rewards points from loyalty programs, such those sponsored by credit cards and brand-name products, to get free ringtones with no catches. For example, Coca Cola's My Coke Rewards program offers ringtones for any phone (see Resources).
Download Ringtones.
Enter your cell phone number into one of the free ringtone sites (after making sure no hidden charges are buried in the fine print). A text message will be sent to your Boost phone to download the ringtone. In your phone settings' menu, go to ring settings and change to the new tone. You may be charged the cost of a text message to receive the download file, and you may incur a data usage charge if you access the websites directly from the cell phone.

How to Send Free Text Messages to Any Cell Phone in the USA

1. Log in to your email account. Click the 'New' or 'Compose' button, depending on the email provider. Type the body of the text message. As explained on the Popular Mechanics website, text messages, also known as short-message-service (SMS) messages, allow a maximum of 160 characters. Sending a message longer than 160 characters may cause the message to be received in separate parts, if at all.
2. Address the email text message. Type the recipient's cell phone number in the 'To' section of the email. You must know the recipient's cell phone carrier in order to send a text message in this manner. For example, to send a free email text message to someone that has service with Verizon, address the email text message to 10digitphonenumber@myvzw.com. Email text messages to a cell phone will be composed in the same manner that an email is composed to any other email address.
3. Click the 'Send' button. The email text will be sent to the recipient's cell phone. The recipient may incur a charge for an incoming text message, depending on the cell phone provider agreement.
