How to Download YouTube Videos Onto Your Phone
1. Open your computer's Web browser and navigate to YouTube (see the link in the Resource section below).
2. Navigate through the available videos on YouTube's home page or search for a specific video by entering keywords in the search field. If you have a YouTube account you can log in and search for your favorite videos, post comments and upload videos.
3. Click on any video to open it. When the video opens, go to its address bar, right-click and select 'Copy.'
4. Visit any website that allows you to download and convert a YouTube video by entering its URL. You can find links to some of these sites in Resources below. Right-click on the URL field within the site and click 'Paste.' Select '3GP' as the output format, then click on 'Download' and the video will start downloading on your computer.
5. Transfer the video to your phone once it downloads. If you want to transfer it using a USB cable, go to Step 7. To transfer it through Bluetooth, enable Bluetooth on your phone by going to 'Menu > Settings > Connectivity/Connection > Bluetooth > Enable/Power On.' Now go to the downloaded video on your computer, right-click on it and select 'Send to > Bluetooth Device.' Your computer will search for devices in range and will include your cell phone's name in the list. You have to pair both the devices to connect them, so double-click the phone's icon and enter a passkey (any 4 digits). Enter the same passkey on the phone and the video will start transferring to your phone.
6. Connect one end of the phone's USB cable to the phone and the other end to the computer. Select the downloaded video and press 'Ctrl + C.' Go to 'Start > My Computer' and double-click to open the phone's drive. If there is a specific folder for videos here, open it; otherwise, just right-click in the window and select 'Paste.' Disconnect the USB connection and the video will be transferred to your cell phone.

How do I Obtain a Business Cell Phone For Free?
1. Show your private cell phone bills to your employer. If you are frequently using your personal phone for business use, you need to show your bills to your employer. Your employer may not realize how frequently you use your personal phone for business purposes.
2. Ask your employer to get a business cell phone based on the cell phone bills. According to MCL 408.484 law, an employer cannot request that workers use their private cell phone for business purposes.
3. Suggest a cell phone allowance, if your employer is concerned about the budget of the cell phone. You can even suggest that a contract is made between you and your employer that outlines the conditions and usage of the business cell phone.
4. Ask the employer to purchase the cell phone for you, so it becomes a business expense rather than a personal expense. Since you are getting a business cell phone for free, you should not make requirements as to model type or brand.
5. Be flexible if your employer asks to see any phone calls or bills. If your employer finds that the bills are higher or the allowance is spent quicker than expected, he or she may want to check the bills to ensure the contract is being upheld and followed.
How to Find Names With Cell Phone Numbers
1. Subscribe to a reverse phone service such as Intelius or Reverse Phone Detective for approximately $20. These services provide detailed, current information about the user of the cell phone number. Free services such as National Cellular Directory and Free Reverse Cell Phone Directory allow you to trace cell phone numbers at no cost, but in return you must provide personal information like your own name and cell phone number.
2. Type the cell phone number into a search engine. With so many social networking and business sites, the Internet has become a huge storage medium for personal information. Although using a search engine may be the easiest way to find the name connected with a cell phone, it requires a little luck because the person would have had to list his cell phone number someplace on the Internet where public search bots could detect and retrieve it.
3. Search an online cell phone directory. Sites like NonPublished.com release limited information to searchers, but they do provide the first and last names of unlisted cell phone members. If you search for the carrier and city on free cell phone directories, the information may be outdated if the person you seek recently changed cell phone carriers or relocated.
