How to Send a Free SMS Worldwide
1. Navigate to a free SMS/text message website (See Resources). Locate and click the 'Send a Message' button on the site to open the text message interface page. Type in the the number of the cellular device intended to receive the message. Type the country code (the first 4 digits of the callers number) then a dash, followed by the rest of the number.
2. Type the body of the SMS/text message in the designated box. Keep the message brief, under 62 characters, to ensure it is received as a single SMS/text message and not as multiple messages. Keep in mind that the message will not be translated to other languages while delivered, and appears exactly as it is written.
