How to Make Free Internet Phone Calls
1. First you need to download the proper program for making free internet phone calls. Go to www.skype.com. The first web page that you come to will allow you to click 'Download'. This is a free program
2. After you have downloaded Skype, you can make phone calls to other PC's. You must have a Internet connection, which you already do if you downloaded it, and a microphone and speakers. You can also purchase a USB phone to hook to your computer USB port. You have to register with a user name. You can then find other people, based on their user name, and call them.
3. Once you know your friend or families user name, you can then 'call' them. This is just as simple as using a regular phone. You just select the person and click call. You can also type in the phone number and make a phone call. In order to call other 'numbers' you must have a very low rate. These calls also include calling other countries. For instance, you can select the package that allows you to call cell phones and landlines anywhere in the US or Canada for $2.95 a month. You can stick to the free service by calling other people who have Skype and have a user name.

How to Turn Your DSi Into a Phone
1. Download a VoIP application (see References). If you choose the 'AIO Download' (for All in One Download), it will take a lot less time to set up. The AIO Download is the first link under 'Downloads' on the Se7ensins.com link under 'References.'
2. Follow the prompts to set up all of the software, including the VoIPBuster. If you chose the AIO Download, you have a VoIPBuster application with it; this allows you to make free calls to online contacts in and outside the United States. Set up your log-in and password on the VoIPBuster, or whatever VoIP application you use.
3. Find the Svsip folder and open it. Then, find 'config.txt.'
4. Fill in the dialog box with the proper information in the places where it says 'YOURUSERNAMEHERE' and 'YOURPASSHERE.' (The second one is for the password). Add your VoIP site to the line for sip provider. It will be filled in if you're using VoIPbuster. The 'sip' line appears three times in the dialog box.
5. Find the dldipatcher folder and open DLDItool32.exe. Click the ellipsis next to 'DLDI File.' Find the .DLDI file you want to connect to the Svsip program.
6. Click the ellipsis next to 'Binaries' and highlight the 'svsnip.nds' file when it appears in the 'Svsip' folder. Then, move the arrow down to 'Patch' in the bottom left of the dialog box and click.
7. Insert the Action Replay MicroSD card into the proper slot on your computer. Drag the Svsip folder into the MicroSD card. Put the card into your handheld, open the file and start it on your DSi, and the dial pad will appear.
How to Send an SMS to Get a Location
1. Open 'New message' on your phone to create a text message. If you are searching for directions, enter 'From' and then type in your current location, which may be as specific as a street address and city, or just a city and state. Enter 'to' and then indicate the end destination.
2. Search for businesses, instead of directions, by entering the business name, as well as the city and state of its location, in the body of the text message. If you do not have a specific business name, but are looking for a particular type of business in a given area, like pizza parlors, enter 'pizza' and then the city and state in which you want to find businesses related to pizza.
3. Find a map of your current location by entering 'map' into the text-message body, and then the street you are currently on, as well as the city and state.
4. Click 'Send' and enter '466453' to send your search query through Google SMS. Click 'Send' again and wait for your results. When you are notified of text messages, open them to see the directions. You may receive a link as a result, such as when searching for a map. To open the link, make sure that Web browsing is enabled on your phone, and click on the link to open it.
