How to send SMS Email Messages to Straight Talk Phones

1. Determine the cell phone service provider that is servicing the Straight Talk customer you're sending the email message to. Whether it's Verizon, AT&T or any other service provider, all you have to do is take the 10-digit phone number and go to FoneFinder (FoneFinder.net). Once you're there, insert the area code and phone number in the space provided and click 'Search by Number.' FoneFinder will provide you with the name of the network that services the 10-digit wireless number.
2. Learn the network provider's SMS format. Each cell phone network provider has its own format for sending email messages to wireless phones. The format is usually in the @service.provider.com format. For an extensive listing of all cell phone providers' e-mail formats, visit AboutPrepaidCellPhones.com for an alphabetical list of SMS addresses by cell phone service provider. (See Resources.)
3. Insert the phone number and network provider's email address format. Once you have the appropriate format, all you need to do is type in the phone number of the Straight Talk customer you're sending the email to, followed by the appropriate network provider's address. It would look something like this if your Straight Talk recipient were on the Verizon network: 2323533456@vtext.com
4. Send the SMS email message. Make sure to keep the message to your Straight Talk recipient short. SMS stands for short message service and cannot consist of more than 160 characters. Although the newer phones have larger screens for reading messages, anything more than 160 characters will be truncated.

How to Track a Cell Phone Show the Exact Location

1. Obtain a cell phone with a GPS chip. Most newer cell phones, including the BlackBerry, Motorola iDEN, Boost Mobile, Windows Mobile and many others, already contain GPS chips. Some phones, especially older phones, do not have the chips installed. Find out from the manufacturer if the phone will take a GPS chip. If so, the chips can be bought at cell phone stores, from the manufacturer or over the Internet. Install according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Check with the cell phone service company to determine if its network has GPS capability. Most larger services, such as Verizon, Cingular/AT&T and Sprint/Nextel, provide the service. Disney Mobile is designed to allow child cell-phone tracking through GPS.
3. Find a location-based service, such as AccuTracking or uLocate.com, which often works with the cell phone service companies. Independent services such as Mologogo and others are also available. These services may charge small or moderate fees for GPS tracking.
4. Use the computer to go to the location-based service provider's website. Log in and follow instructions to subscribe and to download its software to the computer. Use the computer-phone cable to connect the cell phone to be tracked to the computer. Follow the instructions to load the GPS-tracking software from the computer into the cell phone, and, if necessary, to activate it using the phone's menu.
5. Give the phone to the user and use the computer to log onto the location-based service provider's tracking website. Depending on the service, it can show the phone's location on a Google or MapQuest grid. Some services can also tell at what speed the phone is traveling, how long it has been in one position and even the altitude. Some services will send a text message to another cell phone if the tracked phone leaves a pre-determined area.If the tracker has a cell phone with wireless Internet access, she may be able to use that instead of a PC to track the phone.

4. Search for your phone number on Google's online free listing. Enter your telephone number in the Google search bar (see Resources). Click the 'Phonebook Results' link containing your telephone number and personal information. Click the 'Request to Have Your Name Removed From This List' link on the ensuing Web page. Complete the ensuing form.
