How to Find a Person's Address and Phone for Free
1. Check the phone book if the person lives in the same city. Phone books usually list both phone number and address. Cell phones are not listed, however, and people can opt to have their landlines unlisted as well. While there are now cell phone directories available, none are free of charge so you will have to resort to other methods if the person does not have a landline phone number.
2. Ask mutual friends or the family of the person you are seeking. Other acquaintances may have the information and be able to share it with you.
3. Look online. Check if the person has a website or maintains any social networking pages. Some people list contact information online and you may be able to find his address or phone number in this way. Try entering variations of his first name if the person uses a nickname. If you are looking for someone named Richard, for example, try searching for Rich or Dick as well.
4. Search through the alumni directory of the school the person attended. Along these lines, you may look through a professional directory if you know the person's career. There are also numerous online telephone directories, many of which provide phone numbers free of charge though they may not always list the address.
How to Get Free Music for a Phone Without Computer Viruses
1. Check CDs out from your local library. Libraries almost always have a large selection of music. When they do not have the music you are looking for, you can usually go online and request it by logging on to your account and searching the database. Most communities share selections with other nearby public libraries so a CD can be borrowed and checked out from your local branch.
2. Borrow CDs from friends or check your supply. Ask to borrow the disks you need and return them after you have transferred the music.
3.

Load CD in the CD drive to start rip.
Once you have obtained your CD, rip it to your computer to the designated place required by your phone model. Most phones will allow you to transfer music from programs such as Microsoft Media Player. In this case, place the CD in the drive. From the start menu, choose 'Microsoft Media Player,' then 'Start Rip.' After ripping is complete, the screen will display 'ripped to library' beside each song. Phones can be loaded by using iTunes. Discs can be ripped to the iTunes library by choosing 'iTunes' from the Start menu and choosing 'Rip CD.' iTunes even offers free music occasionally when you are a customer.
4. Some smart phones have bluetooth capabilities and can receive music from other close-by phones via a bluetooth connection. Have the owner of the nearby phone send a media file through a bluetooth connection. You may be prompted to allow permission to receive the file.

How to Unlock a Cingular Phone for Free
1. Contact Cingular (AT&T) on the phone.
2. Tell the customer services representative that you want to unlock your cell phone.
3. Provide all the details that the representative asks for including the cell phone model and manufacturer. You will also have to provide the phone's IMEI number (type *#06# to find the IMEI number). Once you provide these details, you will be asked the reason for having the phone unlocked.
4. Wait to hear back from AT&T. Usually AT&T assesses individual cases to find out whether the person is eligible for unlocking. Your eligibility depends on the duration of your contract, and the reasons given for having the phone unlocked. For instance, you may want to have the phone unlocked to avoid roaming charges when traveling abroad. When AT&T accepts your request, you will be granted the unlock code for your phone for free.
5. Insert a SIM other than Cingular and power on the phone. Your phone will then ask you to enter the unlock code obtained from AT&T.
