If they cannot deliver to your home they will have the local post office deliver. I was very skeptical about this but I applied and have had my phone for 3 months now.

How to Retrieve SMS Text Messages From a SIM Card

1. Purchase a SIM card reader like the one from BrickHouse Security. Both SIM Card Files Utility and Recovery Pro make their own SIM card readers as well, and with their models you can also restore deleted contact information. Along with deleted text messages, you'll also be able to view date and time of when they were sent. Some SIM card readers also allow you to see the last several phone calls that were made.
2. Remove the SIM card from your phone and put it into the card reader.
