How to Send Restricted Text Messages

1. Open your web browser and visit the TextForFree site.
2. Enter the recipient's phone number into the orange box labeled 'Step 1.' Include the area code and do not add dashes. For example, if the number is 555-123-7890, enter '5551237890.'
3. Enter the subject of the text message into the green box labeled 'Step 2.' This will appear in the subject line of the recipient's text message inbox.
4. Enter the message that you want to send into the blue box labeled 'Step 3.' This is the message itself.
5. Click the cell phone provider of the recipient in the red box labeled 'Step 4.' If you are unsure click 'Don't Know? - Look it up' and locate the cell phone provider of the recipient.
6. Click 'Send Free Text Message!'

9. Click the 'Select Provider of Receiver' drop-down box and select the recipient's cell phone provider from the list. Click 'Look it up' if you are unsure of the recipient's cell phone provider.
10. Enter the message that you want to send into 'Enter Text Message' box. This is the message itself.
11. Click the 'I agree to the Terms of Service' check-box and input the answer for the simple mathematical equation listed at the bottom of the blue panel. The equation verifies that you are human.
12. Click 'Send It!' to send your text message.

14. Enter the recipient's phone number into the 'Send To' box. Include the area code and do not add dashes. For example, if the number is 555-123-7890, enter '5551237890.'
15. Enter the message that you want to send into the 'Your Message' box. This is the message itself.
16. Select either 'Urgent' or 'Normal' priority. This will display on the message.
17. Click 'Send' and enter the Captcha code as you see it on the screen. Click 'Verify' to send the message.

How to Add Bluetooth to a New Ford Explorer


1. Enter your Explorer with your Bluetooth-capable cell phone. Turn on the engine and push the phone button on your steering wheel, which is marked with a small image of a phone.
2. Scroll through the choices that pushing the phone button provide until you reach the selection titled 'Pair Phone.' Click 'OK' and continue.
3. Locate the Bluetooth choice on your cell phone and turn on the Bluetooth device. Wait while your phone searches for other Bluetooth devices in the area. When your phone locates your Explorer's Bluetooth connection, it will ask if you want to connect your phone to the car. Choose yes.
4. Enter the numeric code that appears on your radio screen into your cell phone. Wait while your car and phone connect with each another. Once your phone is paired with your car, your contact list is downloaded into your car so that your caller ID function shows the names and numbers of your callers on your screen.
5. Choose whether or not to make this phone your primary phone in your car. Your Explorer can handle memory for up to seven phones, but it can only connect to one at a time. So say, for example, you and your wife are both in the car with your paired phones at the same time your Explorer needs to know which phone to connect to. The primary phone is the phone that is always connected to the car if it is inside the car.
6. Make a call to test your Explorer's Bluetooth.

How to Send an SMS Command Line


1. Open 'Notepad' on your PC.
2. Type the following:'Set objEmail = CreateObject('CDO.Message') objEmail.From = 'yourname@domainname.com' objEmail.To = 'cellphonenumber@cellcompany.com' objEmail.Textbody = 'SMS message.' objEmail.Send'The two sets of quotation marks surrounding the command line do not need to be typed, but all the quotation marks on the inside of the command line do need to be typed.
3. Replace the 'yourname@domainname.com' with your email address and replace 'cellphonenumber@cellcompany.com' with the recipient's SMS email address. (See Resources.) Remember to keep the quotation marks around the addresses when you type them in your computer.
4. Save the file as 'name.vbs.' Double-click the file to send it. You do not need to include the quotation marks around the name of the file.

How to Send an SMS Broadcast


Send Out a Mass Text Message from Your Phone
1. Go to the 'Menu' and select 'Messages.' Scroll down the options and choose 'Distribution Lists.' Go to 'Options' and select 'Add List.' Assign a name for the new distribution list and press 'OK.'
2. Return to 'Options,' then 'View List' and highlight the new distribution list name you made. Select 'Options' again and then start adding contacts to the list by choosing 'Add Contact.' Redo this step until you have added all the recipient of your message. As long as you have not deleted it, this distribution list can be repetitively used in bulk SMS sending.
3. Create a new message. From the main menu, go to 'Messages.' Write the content of your message and select 'Sending Options,' go to 'Send to List' and choose the distribution list.

4. Purchase a bulk SMS program. Two that you can use are Data Doctor and Bulk SMS, both sell for $39.95 to $45 as of 2010. Download and install the software on your PC by following the installation guide on the screen.
5. Launch the newly installed software. In the 'Enter Recipient Phone Number' field, input a number of the person you wish to send the message to. Do this step until you have listed all of your intended recipients. 
6. Write your text message on the 'Type Message Here' section. You have the option to send the message all at once by selecting 'Single Shot Execution' or individually by using 'One by One Contact Process Mode.'

How to Send an SMS to a Japanese Phone


1. Verify with your cell phone service provider that your phone can send and receive SMS from the only Japanese carrier, 'Soft Bank.' Each service provider will have a list of available countries and any applicable fees with international data messaging. Type 'international text, picture and video messaging' into the search bar of your wireless service provider website to find the list and rates.
2. Find out the Japan country code, city code and the recipient's phone number. The country code can be found on the Country Code website (see Resources). Click on the 'Japan' link on the Country Code website to locate the city code.
3. Compose your SMS message and enter the phone number as follows: country code + city code + 8-digit phone number.
4. Press 'Send' to deliver the SMS message.

How to Make a Free Call to Bangladesh


1. Go to a free PC-to-phone calling website such as evaphone.com, freebuzzer,com or go2call.com. There is no download necessary on these websites. Dial the number you'd like to connect to in Bangladesh on the screen. Calls are generally limited to 30 seconds to two minutes in length and a maximum of three international calls per day.
2. Go to a PC to phone calling service from a website such as tuitalk.com, or phonegnome.com. Download and then open their program. Place the call as instructed using the international country code for Bangladesh (880) before the phone number you're calling.
3. Download a computer-to-computer calling program from a website such as skype.com, messenger.yahoo.com, windowslive.com and have the person you are trying to reach in Bangladesh do the same. This is the most reliable method if both parties have access to a computer with Internet, mic and speakers. Once you have both downloaded and registered the program, search for the other person to add them to your contact list on the program's directory or search box.

What is Data Transfer?
Data transfer is the act of transferring data from your cell phone to your PC or from your PC to your cell phone. This is normally done through Bluetooth or using a data cable; however, data transfers can also be done through email and text messaging. What Kind of Data Can be Transferred?
The type of transferable data all depends on what type of cell phone you're sending the data to. Data transfers to normal handsets consist of games, videos, music, photos and documents. All of these file types, as well as programs and spreadsheets, can be transferred to smartphones as well.
Data Transfer Requirements
There are many ways to transfer data from one phone to another or to your PC. One way is by using Bluetooth. To transfer this way, both your computer and your cell phone have to be Bluetooth-enabled. If you're Bluetoothing data from one phone to another, the other handset must also be Bluetooth-enabled. Another way of transferring data is by using a USB data cord. To send files using this method, you must use the data cord supplied with your cell phone and a PC with the USB port. You can also transfer data by using an SD card. If you transfer files this way you will need the SD card from your cell phone and a computer with an SD card reader.
Transferring Data Using Bluetooth or SD Cards
If you are transferring data by Bluetooth, enable Bluetooth on your cell phone and PC, select the file you want to send from your cell phone, click 'Options,' then 'Send to Bluetooth.' Select the name of your computer and send the file. If you are using an SD card, remove the card from your cell phone, insert it into the SD card reader on your PC, then open the SD card from the 'My Computer' folder. Locate the data you want to transfer then drag it to a folder on your PC and drop it.
Transferring Data Using a USB Cable
If you are transferring data by using the USB data cable, plug the data cable into your cell phone and then into the USB port on your computer. Open the Start menu and find the 'My Computer' folder. Open the drive with the name of your cell phone on it, locate the file you want to save to your PC and drag it to your computer.
