How to Find an Address for a Toll
1. Visit WhitePages.com.
2. Locate the Reverse Number Lookup box.
3. Enter the toll-free number. Drop the 1 from all 1-800 numbers. For example, entering '800-555-5555' is the correct way to enter a toll-free phone number that is otherwise listed ats '1-800-555-5555.'

How Do I Send a Free Text Message from a PC to a Cell Phone?
1. Use OnlineTextMessage.com. Here, you can send a free SMS to someone. The site supports all major U.S. cell carriers and will display your email address as the sender instead of your mobile number. This means you won't receive any advertising calls as a result of inputting your cell number. If you like using text abbreviations, the website has compiled the most popular ones, and you can choose from these as and when you want to use them.
2. Send an email SMS. According to reference website Make Use Of, most U.S. cell providers offer a free email-to-SMS gateway, which allows users to send simple text emails to cell phones as SMS messages. To use this service, you will need to know your friend's cell phone provider as well as her mobile number. Once you have this information, visit makeuseof.com/tag/email-to-sms to find the correct email address for a particular carrier. Unlike normal emails, you can't send attachments, images or formatted text using this method.
3. Visit text4free.net. As well as sending normal SMS messages, the website allows users on some U.S. carriers to attach audio or picture files from their computer to create an MMS as long as the recipient's phone supports picture messages. Additionally, you can send a single message to several recipients simultaneously. The service is free, but users should remember that the recipient's carrier might charge them for retrieving MMS files containing photos, graphics or audio data.
How to Use Reverse Lookup for Free (Sometimes) With Cellphone and Landline Numbers
1. If the person was calling on a land line, use the Reverse Lookup or Reverse Phone Lookup features for free at whocalled.us (note the domain), whitepages.com, at yellowpages.com, or at switchboard.com. (No, the author of this article is not affiliated with any of them.) With at least one of these sites, you can find their name, address, and certain other publicly available demographic information.
2. Find limited information by conducting a search with reverse lookup services for cell phone numbers. You may need to pay a small fee if you want to get a person's name by their cell phone number. However, you may be able to deduce who is calling you by using the reverse lookup module for free and finding out the location where they are calling from and figuring out who you know from that location.
3. Find a person's city and county and time zone by searching reverse lookup databases for cellphone numbers. Depending on the service, there will be a cost for more specific public information in the event you want to access their name, address history, relatives, criminal history, income, home value, and other details of their financial history by using reverse lookup.
4. Use services for reverse lookup to look up a cell phone number online on Anywho.com, Reverse Mobile, Reverse Phone Detective, or Reverse Records.
