How to Change Your Blackberry SMS Colors

1. Press the 'Message List' button located on the left side of the inspector panel.
2. Open the color swatch display on the viewing screen of your Blackberry. Click the 'List Stripe' option on your screen.
3. Open the menu to choose a new text color. Select 'Color Picker' on your screen.
4. Choose your new color. 'RGB' and 'Web' are best for viewing colors on your phone and the Web. 'CMYK,' though meant for printed materials, is also available for your phone. Click the type of color format and then select the new color for your SMS text messaging.
5. Exit the Color Picker and Settings menu of your phone once you have chosen your color. Type and send a text message to test the new color.
