How to Install Free Games on Motorola Phones
1. Check to see if your Motorola phone is equipped with the Java micro edition before attempting to install games. Look under your main menu for your phone's Java settings for a menu item labeled, 'Java System Output Example.'
2. Start your computer and attach your USB cable from your Motorola phone to your computer. The USB cable needed should have one regular end as well as a mini USB connection for attaching to your phone. If your cellular phone did not come equipped with this special USB cable, you can purchase one at your local electronics store.
3. Turn on your phone so that you computer recognizes the connection. Find the 'Tools' menu on your computer and click on 'Menu Options.' Make sure that 'Show Hidden Files and Folders' has been checked and 'Hide Protected Operating System Files' is unchecked.
4. Find the games you would like to download by searching the Internet for free midlets or free .jar files. When you have found your desired games, download them directly to your computer's desktop.
5. Open the kJava folder which should be found on your desktop when your computer recognizes your phone's connection. Drag your new game files into the kJava folder to install the games onto your phone. When complete, eject your phone and then disconnect the USB cable.
