1. Open the KyivStar 'Send SMS' page (see Resources for a link to this page).
2. Add the prefix to the recipient's number. You can select it from the drop-down menu, for instance, 067 or 098.
3. Enter the recipient's cell phone number in the 'Number' field.
4. Select the radio button next to 'Roman (English)' or 'Cyrillic (Ukrainian)' to specify the language in which you want to send the SMS.
5. Write your message in the message box. You can write up to 120 characters per SMS.
6. Click 'Send.' Your SMS will be sent to the recipient.
