How to Create an SMS Web Report From SMS Queries
1. Open the SMS Administrator console application on your computer and then click the 'Tools' option. Click the 'Reports' option and then right-click on the 'Reports' icon.
2. Click the 'All Tasks' option and then click the 'Design New Report' option. Click the 'New Report' option and then select the 'Web Report' option from the Report Gallery dialog box.
3. Select the 'Data' tab in the Create Report Expert dialog box and then click the 'SQL/ODBC' button. Select the SMS query you want to connect with the report and then click the 'OK' button.
4. Enter your username and password into the appropriate boxes, and then enter your server name into the 'Server name' field. Click the 'Connect' button and then click the 'OK' button.
5. Select each table that was generated from your query that you want to add to your Web report and then click the 'Done' button. Select the 'Fields' tab and then select all of the fields you want included with your report.
6. Click the 'Preview Report' button to view how your report will look. Click the 'File' option from the top toolbar menu and then click the 'Save' option to save your report.
