How to Get Free Jokes Sent Right to Your Phone

1. Call your wireless provider or visit your provider's website and sign into your mobile account. Sign up for a texting plan, such as unlimited texting, if do not have one.
2. Visit Etextvite's joke website (see Resources). Click 'Daily' joke and fill out the required information, such as your name, mobile phone number and cell phone provider. Once you submit the information, you will receive a confirmation text and then each day you will receive a joke.
3. Go to the Frengo website (see Resources). Frengo is a website that lists a collection of text message jokes from various websites that send jokes straight to your phone. Read the details of each website underneath the website's name. Look for websites that send jokes to your phone daily. Click 'Join' when you find a service you wish to join and enter your mobile phone number. Ensure the price reads '$0.00' underneath 'Join.'
4. Visit the text message page of Zedge.com (see Resources). Zedge allows you to choose which joke to send to your phone. Enter a keyword in the 'Search' box, such as 'Funny' and press 'Enter' on your keyboard. All funny text messages will appear in a list, with a preview of the joke for each message. Click on the message to see the entire joke, and then click 'Mobile Web Direct Download.' Follow the on-screen instructions to send the joke to your phone.
