1. Contact a SafeLink customer service representative at 800-977-3768.
2. Give the representative your name, your enrollment ID, Social Security number and date of birth.
3. Tell the representative you want to reactive your account. If the account was inactive for less than 60 days, the representative will reactivate the phone. If the account was inactive for more than 60 days, you will receive a new phone number.
4. Turn your phone on when the customer service representative tells you to. This will ensure you receive your monthly allotment of free minutes.

ReplyDeleteI had to pay $21.00 to have my phone turned back on today to be able to continue using it, same # for a mo until my NEW APPLICATION
