How to Send Free Ringtones to a Mobile

1. Access the Myxer website. Click the upper 'Create Your Own' link. Click the 'Choose File' button. Browse your files and locate the song that you want to use as your ringtone. Click the file and the 'Open' button. Click the 'Upload' button.
2. Wait as the file is uploaded to the Myxer site. This may take a few minutes, depending on your Internet connection. Review the ringtone customizing window when it opens. Use the orange bars to drag over the selection you want included in the ringtone. Click the 'Play' button to hear the ringtone.
3. Click 'Continue.' Enter the mobile phone number that will receive the ringtone. Click 'Next.' Read the terms and privacy statement. Click the agreement box regarding the terms. Click 'Send.'
4. Check your mobile phone text message for the download link. Click the download link. The link opens a Web browser. Click the 'Download' link. Save the link to your phone using the provided link.

11. Click the 'Tones' link at the top of the website. Review the available ringtones. Click one of the ringtones. Click the 'Play' button to preview the ringtone. Click 'Send to Phone' and 'Send' to send this ringtone to your mobile phone.
