1. Call 1-800-T-MOBILE, or 1-800-866-2453, and request the unlock code. Some companies do not readily give out the unlock codes so be persistent. There is no charge for this, but they may ask that your account is kept current or that you complete the terms of your service agreement. Contacting the service provider is the only way to guarantee the unlock code is correct.
2. Ensure there is no SIM card in your Gravity and turn it on.
3. Input '#7465625*638*CODE#' using your keypad. In place of 'CODE,' input the unlock code that was obtained in Step 1.
4. Wait for 'Network Lock Deactivated' to appear in display.
