How to Create Gmail Accounts Without Phone Verification
1. Visit gmail.com, Gmail's home page.
2. Click 'Create an account' on the left side of your screen.
3. Fill out the form, starting with your name and login name, as well as a password. Your login name will be the first part of your email address, and you will not be able to change it once the account is created.
4. Provide a password, and type it in to both blanks to confirm. Choose a password that is at least eight characters long, and uses a mix of letters and numbers for increased security.
5. Uncheck the 'Default Homepage' box if you do not want Gmail.com to be your home page.
6. Choose your security question and enter the answer to that question. This question will help you access your account in the event you forget your password, so choose a question you will remember the answer to.
7. Enter a recovery email address if you would like to use one. This is an alternate email used by Gmail to verify your identity if you need help accessing your account.
8. Choose your country from the drop-down list and enter your birthday in the format shown.
9. Enter the CAPTCHA letters shown near the bottom of the security form into the blank space.
10. Read the Terms of Service and click 'I accept. Create my account' to create your account.
