How to Send Free Picture Messaging
1. Open the home page of a picture messaging website. PixDrop.com and Text4free.net are two examples of websites offering free online texting services. PixDrop delivers messages to four providers: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. Text4free.net delivers messages all over the world with an option of 'any' provider in a handful of countries. Read the terms of use, this is important. You may find that by entering your information, or the information of the recipient, you will be added to a list of spam websites.
2. Enter the receiving number. In some cases the website will ask for the service provider of the recipient's number. You may decide to notify the recipient prior to sending your photo message to ensure his phone accepts picture messages.
3. Upload your photo. Make sure the file size is compatible. Most standard Jpeg files will suffice. Most personal computers have a default program, such as Windows Paint, that assists users with resizing photos.
4. Add a text message with a caption for your photo. Sending a message with your picture will add that special touch.
5. Send your message and wait for a confirmation from the website. Once you receive confirmation from the website you know the message went through. It is always a good idea to check with the recipient to confirm your message personally.
