3. Set up the phone. Go into the menu and tell the program what details you want it to send you. 4. Log in and track the phone activities. Once the software is installed, the target phone will send you its activities regularly, at intervals that you determine. This information is stored on a password-protected website that you can log into from any computer or web-enabled phone.
