How to Attach Toll

1. Sign up for a toll-free number if you don't already have one. There are many providers of toll-free numbers, so search online for the term 800 number, or toll-free number.
2. Give the toll-free-number company representative your cell-phone number. They will set it up in their system for the calls to be routed to your cell phone.
3. Make a test call to your number. If your cell phone rings, the toll-free service is attached to your phone.
