1. Go to a site like Mobile-Sender, Text4Free or Cloud SMS.
2. Imput the cell phone number of the person you will send the message to.
3. Compose a romantic SMS message. Write things like, 'Hi Sweetheart. I was just thinking of you.' Use phrases like 'I love you,' 'miss you,' 'hug me' and 'can't wait to see you.'
4. Click 'Send message.'
