How to Call Morocco for Free
Skype
1. Sign up for Skype. This is a free service that functions in a similar way as instant messengers, however, you may talk with other individuals through the computer's microphone and webcam for free (you are charged a fee if you call other people's landline or cell phones, though).
2. Log onto your account, then choose to make a call and type in the username of the individual you want to contact. You are told if the other individual is logged onto Skype. If they are, double-click their name and send a chat request.
3. Wait for a reply from your chat request. If you receive a confirmation message, a window appears on your screen and your video and audio feed is sent to the individual in Morocco with the Skype account.
Vonage
4. Sign up for a Vonage service. Vonage runs through your high speed Internet connection, allowing you to make phone calls all over the world for a flat monthly fee (with this you are not charged per minute).
5. Dial the exit code of the country you are in. If you are living in the United States, the exit code is 011.
6. Press 212. This is the country code for Morocco.
7. Dial in the remainder of the number (nine digits).
