How to Reset Your Emerson Bluetooth

1. Turn off your Emerson Bluetooth headset. Press the answer button which is located on the front of the headset, and hold until the indicator light alternates between flashing red and blue. The indicator light is located next to the answer button.
2. Set your mobile phone to search for Bluetooth devices. Regardless of what type of mobile phone with Bluetooth capability that you have, there will be a Bluetooth option or icon on it that allows you to search for Bluetooth devices. The phone and headset must be near each other in order to pair them.
3. Select your headset for pairing when it appears on your mobile phone. Because it is an Emerson headset, it will begin with the letters 'EM' on your phone.
4. Enter '0000' when your mobile phone prompts you to give a pass code. All Emerson Bluetooth devices use 0000 as a pass code.
5. Make sure the indicator light is flashing blue steadily. This means that the pairing between your headset and mobile phone was successful.
