1. Call SafeLink Technical Customer Care at 1-800-378-1684.
2. Tell the customer service representative the problems your phone is having. The representative will attempt to assist you in fixing the issue over the phone.
3. Write down the ticket number the representative gives you. You will be given this only if your cell cannot be fixed during the call. Follow the directions provided by the representative to send your wireless phone to the company for repair or replacement.
4. Wait for your refurbished phone to arrive in the mail.
5. Follow the instructions on your phone's activation card to activate.
