How to Send an SMS to Paktel

1. Click 'New Text' or 'New Message' in your cell phone.
2. Type '0092,' the international dialing code for Pakistan, into the 'TO' section of the cell phone message creator. You cannot send a message without the international dialing code.
3. Type '31,' the area code for Paktel phones, after '0092.' Any number that has the '31' area code is a Paktel cell phone number.
4. Type the rest of the phone number after '009231.' Type the text in the 'Text' box, and click 'Send.'
