1. Call TomTom at 866-486-6866, or send an email to the Technical Support department and explain the issue with your GPS to a technician.
2. Obtain an return materials authorization number from the technician. Provide the TomTom's serial number to the technician to verify it is covered by the two-year warranty.
3. Ship the GPS, including the RMA number you were given, to the address provided by the technician. Provide a return address so the GPS may be returned to you after repair.
