How to Send a File to a Cell Phone From the Web for Free

1. Open your email application on your computer.
2. Start a new email message by clicking 'New.'
3. Enter in the 10-digit phone number of cell phone you want to send the file to in the 'Address' or 'To' field. In order to send an email message to a cell phone from the Web, you must enter the phone number in the following format: phonenumber@phonecarrieraddress. (See Reference 1.) 4. Click 'Attach' to attach the file.
5. Browse through your folders and files to find the desired file.
6. Double-click on the file and wait for it to upload completely. You should see a tab with the file name appear once the upload finishes.
7. Enter any text you want included in the header and body fields.
8. Click 'Send' to send the message. The recipient should receive the notification of a received email message on his phone in a few minutes.
