How to Send a Free International Text MSG Via the Internet


1. Visit textem.net, txt2day.com or another text messaging site (See Resources).
2. Type the cell phone number of the recipient in the designated fields. Each site will be different; just follow the prompts on the site.
3. Type your email address in the requested field. This step is usually optional, and not always provided. If you input an email address, replies will be sent there.
4. Right-click the drop-down menu and select the mobile carrier of the recipient. For example, Digicel is one of the cell phone providers for countries Jamaica and Haiti. Rogers is one of the providers in Canada. Movistar is for Mexico. Other sites may have the country listed in the drop down menu for you to select.
5. Type your message in the 'Message' field. Notice the character limit allowed.
6. Enter the security image or solve the problem given. This is in place to reduce spam text messages.
7. Click on 'Send' or 'Next' to send your message.
