How to Send an SMS to Europe

1. Open the SMS messaging menu on your cellular phone.
2. Compose your message.
3. Add the recipient's mobile number to the the provided slot. To do this, you must know the entire mobile phone number of the recipient. For example, you will need the calling code, country code, regional code and then the mobile telephone number of the person you are reaching. These various numbers fluctuate from region to region.
4. Send the SMS as you regularly would.
