How to Send Outlook to SMS

1. Locate the email address that is used to send email messages to your phone.
2. Open a new email in Outlook by clicking 'Compose,' or select 'Forward' in a message in Outlook's 'Inbox.'
3. Type your 10-digit phone number and your mobile provider's email address suffix into the 'To:' field. For example, to send an Outlook message to 212-555-1212, type: '2125551212@messaging.emailprovider.com.'
4. Click 'Send' to transmit the message to your phone.
