How to Get Unlimited Texts on Prepaid Verizon Phones

1. Launch a web browser, then go to the Verizon Wireless Prepaid Plans web page (see Resource).
2. Click the 'Talk & Text' tab to view the unlimited text plans available.
3. Dial (888) 294-6804 on your phone to reach a Verizon Wireless Prepaid Customer Care representative. Tell the rep you want to switch to a Talk & Text prepaid plan. The rep will confirm your information and explain the features and options for the plan you selected. When requested, give the rep your payment information and your new Talk & Text plan will be activated.
4. Press the 'Menu' key to open the text message from Verizon Wireless confirming your new unlimited text plan.
