How to Call a Cell Phone for Free From My Laptop Using Yahoo! Messenger

1. Sign in to Yahoo! Messenger.
2. Type in the number of the cellphone you want to contact in the box below 'Contact' and 'Y! Updates,' and include the area code. A contact window will pop up.
