How to Send an SMS to StarHub

1. Press the 'Menu' key on your mobile phone and select either 'Messages' or 'Messaging.'
2. Select the option to create a new SMS message. Depending on the model of your mobile phone, you may need to select 'Create New' or 'New Message.'
3. Enter your international direct dialing number (IDD) followed by the country code in the 'To' field. The IDD number indicates the country from which the text originates. Locate your IDD number using the Country Calling Codes online tool (see Resources). The country code for StarHub customers is 65.
4. Enter the recipient's mobile number in the 'To' field following the IDD number and country code.
5. Enter the text for your message in the appropriate field and select the 'Send' option. Press the 'End' key to exit to your phone's home screen.
