How to Send Music From a Computer to a Cell Phone Via a Text Message

1. Log in to your mobile carrier company’s website. Go to the “Messaging” section on the website and click on the “Send a Message” link. Sign into your account using your 10-digit cell phone number and password. Exact location and phrasing for the “Messaging” section will vary on each website. Using the website, find the music file on your computer that you want to share.
2. Drag and drop the file into the “Drag your audio here” section on red graphic that resembles a cell phone. Type your message to your recipient directly beneath where you have just placed your audio file. Click the right arrow to proceed to the next slide.
3. Type in your recipient’s cell phone number and click the “Preview & Send” button. Confirm that you have selected the correct audio file. Send your message.
