How to Call a Number With Letters on QWERTY Phones
Functions
1. Navigate to your dialing screen. This is usually accomplished by pressing the green phone button on most phones. It also is usually found on the top left section of the keyboard.
2. Dial the first three digits; for 1-800-FLOWERS, dial 800.
3. Press and hold the 'Alt' key or an alternative options key on your keyboard. This will switch your phone from numbers to letters. Dial the letters from the vanity number, in the example you will dial 'FLOWERS.'
4. Press the green phone 'Send' key for the phone to complete the conversion and dial the numbers.
