How to Send Receive SMS in India

1. Sign up at a website that allows sending and receiving SMS in India (see Resources). Go to one of the websites, click the “Sign Up” or “Register” button, and provide the information it asks for. Upon submitting the form, you will be registered and ready to start sending and receiving SMS.
2. Log in on the website after you register. You will have to enter the username and password you created during registration.
3. Enter the number to which you want to send the SMS in the “To” field.
4. Write your message in the “Message” field. You may add your name at the end so the recipient recognizes the sender.
5. Click on “Send” or “Send SMS.” When the recipient receives the message, he will be able to reply to it. You will receive the reply either through email or the website. For instance, if you send the message through the SendSMSNow website, you will receive the reply in the website’s inbox, which is accessible from the left-side menu on the page.
