How to Unlock a Telus Phone
1. Contact a Telus customer service representative to unlock your Telus phone. There are various Telus stores in each province.
2. Ask a Telus representative to unlock your phone for you. To unlock your Telus device, the clerk will need your phone registration number, which is located underneath the phone's battery.
3. Pay any Telus unlocking fees required to finish the unlocking process. If you are under contract with Telus, you may need to pay more for unlocking your phone.
4. Sign any unlocking documents presented by the Telus clerk. Signing the documents will completely unlock your phone with the Telus network. The phone will not be in service once it has been unlocked.
