2. Tell the customer service representative you are looking for free phones the company offers. Most likely there are going to be several different makes and models available to you.
3. Select a phone that best fits your needs. Because the phone is free you probably won't be able to select any PDA or BlackBerry devices.
4. Sign up for a two-year contract. Agreeing for the two-year contract is what secures you the free phone. If you do not agree to the two-year contract, you are going to be charged for the phone.
