1. Charge the BlueParrot device first before attempting to use it with your phone.
2. Turn off the headset by pressing the multifunction button. A light will flash red and will blink four times before it turns off.
3. Press and hold the same on/off button until the red and blue lights flash. You will hear two tones followed by four more tones. This process may take 15 seconds. Keep the button pressed the entire time.
4. Put your mobile device in pairing mode based on your manufacturer settings. For example, a Motorola phone requires you to navigate to 'Menu,' 'Settings,' 'Connections,' 'Bluetooth link' and 'Hands-free.'
5. Type in the password '0000' if your cell phone requests a paring passcode. The blue light on the headset will illuminate, letting you know the devices have been paired.

3. Type in the phone number you wish to port, your name, email address, activation date, address, the type of account you have (prepaid or postpaid), the carrier the phone number is registered with and your contact number. The user name, CNIC and IMSI will be in the text message you received.

How to Send Receive SMS Online

1. Go to TxtDrop website.
2. Enter your email address in the 'Email' field.
3. Enter the recipient's cell phone number in the second field.
4. Enter your message in the message box.
5. Click 'Send.' Your message will be sent to the recipient without any fees. The recipient will be able to reply to the message just like an ordinary message but the message will be delivered to your email inbox.

11. Log onto your Gmail account by providing your username and password.

1. Press the 'Menu' button to open the phone's main menu. Then use the 'Up/Down' arrow buttons to scroll through the menu to the 'SMS Messaging' option.
