How to Free Up Space on the Main Memory of a Samsung Omnia II i920


Deleting Individual Files
1. Turn your Omnia II SCH-i920 on. Once it loads, press the 'Main Menu' key then select 'Main Menu 2.' Select 'My Files.'
2. Press the folder you'd like to delete data from. Navigate within the folder and find a file you'd like to delete.
3. Tap the specific file you want to get rid of. Press the 'Delete' option. Repeat this process to individually delete as many files as you'd like.
Deleting All Personal Media
4. Hit the 'Main Menu' key from your Home screen and press 'Settings.' Navigate to the 'Basic Settings' tab.
5. Select 'Memory Settings.' Press the 'My Storage' option with your finger.
6. View the data listed to ensure you want to delete it all before continuing. If you're sure you want to get rid of everything listed in 'My Storage,' hit the 'Reset' button, deleting the contents of 'My Storage.'
Resetting to Factory Settings
7. Press 'Main Menu' while on your Omnia's Home screen. Press the 'Settings' option.
8. Navigate to the 'Basic Settings' tab. Select the 'Memory Settings' option.
9. Press 'Clear All Data' to return your phone to factory settings. Doing so will erase all personal data on the phone, including your call history, phone book entries and application settings.
