How to Send SMS Messages From Yahoo Messenger to Your Phone

1. Open the Yahoo! Messenger program.
2. Sign in to your Messenger account using your Yahoo ID and password.
3. Select 'Actions' in the menu and click 'Send SMS Message.'
4. Click the tab that says 'Other Contact' and enter your phone number starting with the area code. Click 'OK' to open the SMS window.
5. Enter your SMS message and click 'Send.'
