1. Find a cell phone tracking software (See resources below). As of 2010 some of these programs are free, others have a low monthly fee of $9.95 a month depending on what your needs are.
2. With the web-enabled cell phone that you wish to track, use the browser and go to the website of the product that you've registered for. Download and install the software to your phone.
3. Login to the website where you've purchased the software and you will see the phone that is registered.
4. You will be able to track this phone from the site and you may get details such as longitude, latitude, altitude, the speed that they are moving at, along with past history of movement.
