How to Send SMS Texts to Groups

1. Navigate to the contacts menu on your cell phone. Access the contacts options screen, and select the group creation option. Generally, this option will be labeled as 'New Group' or 'Create Group.'
2. Type in a name for your new contact group. Then, navigate to the group contacts section and select the option for adding new contacts. This is generally labeled as 'Add Contact' or 'New Contact.'
3. Scroll through your contacts list and select all of the contacts you wish to add to the group. Once you have selected all of the contacts, navigate back to the main group screen. Select the option to save the group, then navigate to your phone's SMS sending screen.
4. Select the option to create a new SMS message. Navigate to the SMS contact box, and select the option to add a contact. This will present you with your contacts list. Many phones will list all of the created groups at the top of the contacts list. Alternatively, you may have to select the options menu on the contacts screen, then select the option to view groups.
5. Select the group of contacts you created. Navigate back to the SMS message screen. Type out your message and send it. Your phone will then automatically send the message to all of the users listed in the contact group you created.
