How do I Unlock Nokia 3120 Phones for Free?


Find the IMEI number of your phone
1. Type *#06# on the phone’s keypad. Your 15-digit IMEI number will appear on the screen. If it doesn’t, see Step 2, otherwise, move to the next section.
2. Turn off the phone.
3. Remove the battery cover and take the battery out. Here you will see a small sticker containing a 15-digit IMEI number of your cell phone.
Get codes and unlock the phone
4. Visit one of the following websites to obtain free unlock codes.Go to the website Nokiafree.org. Enter your phone’s IMEI number in the first field. Then select your network, for instance, T-Mobile, Cingular, or AT&T. Then click the button “Get Nokia DCT4 Unlock codes!” On the next page, you will be provided with seven or eight unlock codes for your Nokia 3120.Use the website GSM-unlock.com. Select Nokia 3120 as the phone model and also enter the IMEI number. Then, select your country and service provider. Lastly, provide your email address at which the unlock codes will be sent. Click “OK.” Check your email to receive GSM-Unlock’s email, which should contain seven or eight unlock codes.Visit the site Mobilecodez.com. Enter the IMEI number and select the network that the phone is currently locked to. Click the “Get Unlock Codes” button. You will see seven or eight codes to try.
5. Power on your phone without the SIM card. Enter the code in this format: #pw+CODE+1#. For getting the letter “p” you will have to press * three times. Similarly for getting the letters “w” and character “+”, you will have to press *, four and two times respectively. You can enter any code from the ones provided by the unlock code website. If it is not the correct code your phone will prompt you to enter the code again.
6. Try another one of the codes provided by the website. However, keep in mind that you only have five attempts after which your phone will be hard locked. In that case, you will not be able to unlock it for free.
7. Press the “OK” button. If you are successful, you should now see the message “SIM restriction off.”
