How to Send a Free Text Message to Bangladesh

1. Find websites that allow texting to Bangladesh. Three sites that you can choose from are FunSMS.net, SMSFre.com and MJoy.com (see Resources).
2. Use FunSMS. You are not required to register with this site. Begin by entering the phone details, the network provider and the message that you would like to send. Once you are finished, you will be required to enter the verification code to send the message.
3. Go to SMSfre. This website offers a phone-like interface. Enter the country code and the phone number that you are sending to (Bangladesh's code is 880). Type in your message like you would on a mobile phone. Click 'Send' and it will go to your recipient.
4. Register with Mjoy by entering your country and cell phone number. Put in the verification code and click 'Join.' You will receive an SMS with a link. Go to the link in your mobile web browser to verify your registration. Once this is done, go back to the site and create your text message and send it. It's free, and in addition to Bangladesh you can send to about 75 other countries.
